We want you to be completely satisfied with your Werner Bronkhorst home pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
